Elastic stretches and releases with every wear cycle, developing microscopic tears that accumulate over time. How do I know if this will fit me?

Check the size chart against your actual measurements. This bra is engineered for a specific band to cup ratio. If you're a 34D but your underbust measures 80cm instead of the 70 to 73cm specified for that cup size, this won't fit correctly. We're honest about fit limitations upfront because forcing you into the wrong size helps nobody. If your measurements match the chart, it will fit.

Can I machine wash this or is it hand-wash only?

Machine washable. We recommend removing the gel pads before washing for longer lifespan, but the bra itself can go in the machine on delicate cycle. The construction is sewn, not glued, so it won't fall apart in the wash like your previous premium bras did.

The jelly pad sizing is calibrated for B to D cup volume and projection. You need enough support to counter gravity without the over-engineering required for larger cup sizes. Too little support and you're sagging by lunchtime. Too much and it feels bulky and restrictive.
